Don't worry about protein - its in everything!. You could live on potatoes and rice and still get enough protein, since when have you heard of anyone in the western world suffering from a protein deficiency!? Iron isn't a concern if you eat legumes, nuts and leafy green vegetables either!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
if you eat beans you should even worry, because beans and peas has protein in it, but if you want to make sure that you are getting enough or more then get some tofu, peanut butter, eat more vegetables like spinach, cabbage, squash, watercrest, kale, pumpkin, potatoes, and drink soy milk or rice milkWww@FoodAQ@Com
