You should eat as much of a variety of proteins as you can swallow!.
Protein is another name for amino-acid, which your body produces during protein digestion!. There are 10-12 main amino acids our body needs to be able to function properly!.
Proteins like meats(chicken, beef, turkey, pork, etc) contain all those amino acids!. That is how humans evolved, eating meat that contained these acids to grow our brains!.
You also need plant proteins like(soy, beans, spinach, peanuts, almonds, etc!.)!. These proteins help digest other antioxidants and vitamins essential to your body!.
You should go 50% meat protein/50% plant/organic protein!.

Many people are putting their health at risk by eating too much protein!. So exactly how much protein does your body really need!? Much less than you think!. According to the American Heart Association and the National Institutes of Health, as little as 50-60 grams of protein is enough for most adults!. This breaks down to about 10-12% of total calories!. Your body only needs !.36 grams of protein per pound of body weight!. To calculate the exact amount you need, multiply your ideal weight by !.36!. This will give you your optimum daily protein requirement in grams!. Since the amount of protein needed depends on the amount of lean body mass and not fat, ideal weight is used instead of actual weight!. Infants, children, pregnant and nursing women require more protein!.

you should see a nutritionist!. Unless your personal trainer is also a nutritionist/dietician they are not a credible source for dietary advice!.
100 grams sounds like a lot!. Typically an adult male needs 60-70 g of protein a day!. A woman needs 40-50!. This is based on size so it can vary!.
while protein is vital for a well balanced diet, to much can be dangerous!. It can stress your kidneys and cause you to lose calcium from your bones!. Putting yourself in a state of ketosis is very dangerous!. A nutritionist can help you plan a healthy diet which can meet your needs!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
