What do most vegetarian's/Vegan's eat?!
I am thinking of becoming a Vegan or a Vegetarian and im not shure which is the right one for me!.

I'm a vegan!.:) And in the Vegan World, you'd be surprised by the things that are available!. WE shop at health food stores and markets!. And @ those places they have EVERYTHING fake you can imagine!! I know the fake meat sounds gross, but its actually really good!. Here are some examples of our "faux" food!.
-Fake chicken patties
-Veggie Burgers
-Fake baby ribs
-Veggie Hot Dogs/Corn Dogs
-Fake chicken Tenders
-"Tofurky" --fake turkey slices
-Veggie baked Beans
-Veggie Shrimp/seafood
And If you're considering becoming a Vegan, then they also have SOY everything!

Another good thing is that Walmart, Albertsons, Publix,etc!. carry a variety of these things!.

We are still able to eat some types of junk food!.:) Potato Chips, Cookies, and other!.!.
It just all depends on the brand and ingredients!. Vegans and Vegetarians are EXCELLENT Ingrediant Readers!. You must always read them or if @ a restaurant you MUST Ask!.!.!.

Neither vegetarians nor vegans eat any meat or slaughter bi-products!. This means no beef, pork, poultry, deer meet, fish, shrimp, clams, etc!. It also means no gelatin (Starbursts, marshmallows, Jr mints, gummy bears, many yogurts), rennet, lard, chicken fat (in soups and raman) beef fat (included in things like McDonald's fries and Hostess products!.)

I would suggest being a vegetarian, because when your a vegan you don't now what you are giving up!. I am a vegetarian, and you can feel your heath increasing once you become a vegetarian! also I don't now the point of vegans because we don't kill the animals using what i call Animal Made Products, just like Man Made Products! Vegetarians eat everything except meat such as:

Well, you can make the list for yourself quite easily!. If you are vegetarian, the only thing you are omitting from your diet is meat!. If you are vegan, you are omitting any animal products all together!. No dairy, no eggs, etc!. Many vegans don't even eat honey because it is produced by bees!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Vegans do not consume or wear any animal products!. This means not eating: any dairy product (milk, cheese, yogurt, butter etc), meat, fish, honey, any food that's made from animals!. They also don't wear fur or leather!.
