Anything without meat!.
Depending on how strict you are, it's best to avoid fried things at fast food places, as they'll likely be fried alongside meat products!. Other than that, I've been vegetarian for years and can always find something on the menu I can eat!.
Places like subway where you pick your own ingredients are the easiest, of course, but even less healthy chains have vegetarian options, and they'll usually be cheaper, as meat is expensive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That is a good question but there are so many answers because there are so many fast food restaurants that serve different foods!.!.!.I'll give it shot though:
Burger Places
McDonald's and Carl's Jr!. don't have many 'meals' to offer for vegetarians so you have to order sides (or salads) like french fries or breaded zucchini (Carl's Jr)!. Jack In Box also has a limited menu but has more sides to choose from, I like the jalapeno poppers!. Burger King has the BK Veggie Burger that is made with Morningstar Farms veggie paddy!. I love this one and you can get it as a meal or for about $2!.50 by itself!. Taco Bell and Del Taco are easy to get veggie meals!.
Mexican Food
Bean and cheese burritos, veggie burrito (Del Taco), cheesy bean and rice burrito (Taco Bell)!. Taco Bell will also make a number of their meat dishes veggie if you ask!.!.!.for example, you can order a Nacho Cheese Chalupa and tell them you don't want any meat in there, just beans!. If you live near an El Pollo Loco, you can get a really tasty BRC Black Bean Burrito, its not on the list but you can request it!. also at El Pollo Loco you can order a Pollo Bowl and tell them to put the chicken on the side!.
Chinese (Asian) Fast Food
Of course, if you go to any kind of Asian fast food places there are usually two or three things you can get from there!. At Panda Express, they have rice and chow mien and have 2 or 3 menu items that have no meat in them and they sometimes have vegetable egg rolls!.
ETC
At Hot Dog on a Stick, you can get a Cheese on Stick or a Veggie Dog on a Stick!. Cookie places and Cinnabon are usually veggie friendly too!.!.!.but watch out for the sugar rush!.
Ok, hope that helped a little!. ;}Www@FoodAQ@Com

Taco Bell has a good bean burrito and you can get nachos (nachos supreme I believe has meat though!.) Most salads can come without meat!. Wendy's has the baked potato!. Subway has the veggie delight and the veggie max sandwiches, they also have veggie chips!. French fries (except Mcdonalds, they flavor with beef!.) You can get lettuce, pickles and tomatoes on their sandwich bread at Arby's!. If you have a Panera Bread nearby, they have some really good veggie options too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Depends how strict, as people have said!. The veggie patty in Subway is nice, and you can have loads of salad, AND subway workers ask if you want them to change gloves after handling meat :)
Otherwise, Burger King is (I think) ok for veggie burgers - they cook it on a separate bit, which is why it usually takes a long time!. Or at least they do near me, and their fries (unlike mcdonalds) are cooked in only veg fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
