I'm thinking about becoming a vegetarian will it help me to have a flatter stomach?!

Question: I'm thinking about becoming a vegetarian will it help me to have a flatter stomach!?
I'm not a fat person by a long shot!. However, I have a tummy pooch!. I workout all the time and do cardio, but will becoming a vegetarian help me to reveal my abs more quicker!? Would I drop a couple of waist sizes guaranteed!? I have a 38 inch waist and trying to get back to a 32 inch waist!? If I strength train vigorously while remaining a vegetarian I should still be ripped right!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Avoid salt, caffeine, alcohol, deep-fried foods, and carbonation!. Do cardio and abs!.

That should do the trick, whether you go vegetarian or not!. If meat gives you indigestion, give it up (gas makes you poochie)!. If not, it probably won't make much of a difference!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In most cases vegetarians gain weight because they end up eating more because they digest the food quicker!. But if you can do it right and you enjoy those foods then go ahead!. But remember only be a vegetarian if you want to if you like meat then just moderate yourself to be healthier!.

You will lose muscle if you don't get enough protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you avoid veggie junk food you will loose weight!. You need to do the abb exercises though!. Get the Vegetarian Starter Kit from -

I wouldn't guarantee that being vegetarian will help!. Keep dieting and working out if you want those abs!. By all means be vegetarian if that's what you want, but it's no miracle diet for weight loss and ripped abs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if its low in fat!. limiting dairy products, desserts, and having plenty of fruits and vegetables is key!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends!. You still need to eat healthy, but some people's weight doesn't change!. In fact I gained weight!. You could just focus on trying a more healthy, balanced diet, that might work better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not necessarily!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
