Answers:
Some mild gas (hence the stomachache) is to be expected!. Weight loss makes sense, too, as your colon will begin cleaning itself out!. You also might get hungrier and have strong cravings for meat because your body has been used to having it!. You will want to make sure you are getting plenty of protein from other sources since you're no longer eating meat, like nuts, and combining legumes with brown rice!. If you are a lacto-ovo vegetarian (one who still eats eggs and dairy), eggs are a good source of protein!. Overall, however, you can expect to have better health!. Kudos to you for going veggie!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Experience!. I went vegetarian when I was 16!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yeah i lost about 20 lbs the first month!. i thought something was wrong with me!. but it finally stopped comming off haha!. your tummy shouldnt hurt as long as you are eating balanced, and properly!. other changes that might occur: you will be sick less often, your acne will clear up, your mind will feel more at peace, and if you have insomnia, it will be cured!
