Hmm!.!.!. I don't know the science behind it all but I'd say if anything they wouldn't!.
I mean, it's probably one in the same, but you are missing out on a lot of essential vitamins and proteins and such which you get from eating meat!. And it's not good to rely on tablets to give you those!
You also risk iron deficiency!.
I'm sure there are health benefits, but it's not true that being a vegan/vegetarian helps obesity, which is a popular misconception!. It's just about having a healthy diet!.

As much as the demand for animals likely goes down, if there is none, then farmers will have no need to keep animals such as pigs specifically for meat!. And there would be no need for cows or chickens either if we were all vegans - farmers wouldn't keep them if they weren't making a profit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They'd like you to believe they do, but a review of thousands of medical records and death certificates over the past thirty years shows almost no statistical difference in length of life for vegans!. What does show up is a lower risk for diseases associated with lifestyle, such as heart disease and diabetes!. However - vegans do die of heart disease and they do develop diabetes, so going vegan is no guarantee you'll live decades longer!. It may well enable you to make more out of your life, particularly in your later years!. But just think: my grandfather ate red meat all his life, was fit as a fiddle (his term) until he reached 90!. Then he began to slow down, and finally passed at 94!. Tough old geezers, we Irish-Americans!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Veganism has a really big impact on your health!. That can be positive or it can be negative!. If done completely wrong, (that is you don't replace the nutrients that you get from animal products with plant based products) it can make you quite unhealthy!. If done correctly though, (not hard!.) you have lower risk for diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes!. Contrary to popular belief, vegans do not live off of supplement pills!. I just take a multivitamin everyday and shouldn't everyone do that anyway!?

And of course veganism helps save animals!. It's just a matter of supply and demand!Www@FoodAQ@Com

that is also determined in combination with genetics!.

i've been a vegan for 34 years, according to the docs and my inherited diseases!.!. i could have been dead 20 plus years ago!.

heh, links, support to what!? theories!?

give me a break already!.

proof is fleeting, no such thing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
