You're being paranoid!. There's no way that you'll be protein deficient unless you intentionally try!. Dairy and eggs provide you with TONS of protein!. The problem is that they (just like other animal proteins) also contain saturated fat and cholesterol!. You should NOT "replace" fish with milk and eggs!. Try eating whole grains and legumes to get most of your protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I actually feel so bad because I just cheated recently!. ]:
I ate fish earlier today!. I feel so guilty, but I guess that because I was craving it so badly, it was best that I ate it because my body needed something else that I wasn't already getting!. I'll have to see what's in that fish I ate that I'm not getting!.!.!.hmm!.

Anyways:

Proteins!? Beans, nuts, cheese, dairy, (since you say you are Lacot-ovo,) tofu, soy, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're still eating eggs and dairy, you're getting plenty of protein!.

Of course, vegans get plenty of protein too, from beans, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds, etc!.

People freak out about protein, but it's really the least of their concerns most of the time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm a vegan going raw who has cut grains, nuts and seeds out of my diet on a whole, I eat NO protein!.
I eat amino acids, the building blocks of life!. Just eating a wide variety of fruit and vegetables alone will fulfill that basic need!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I eat a lot of beans and lentils!. (not a problem for me!.!.!.I love mexican food so eating it is not a problem!)Www@FoodAQ@Com
