Grains, in any way shape or form, are highly inflammatory!. Go to www!.deflame!.com for more info!. They have the all the microbiology and not just random studies to back up their diet recommendations!. Grains were included in the food pyramid by the government because they are a cheap form of calories and there has never been ANY scientific support of their inclusion in our diet!. Humans are not vegans or vegetarians, we are omnivores who are too stupid to live as we should not as we think we should!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'm Canadian and ours has been pretty close to that for a long time now!. I'm not vegetarian but I'm glad that it's not considered "fringe" anymore!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
