I don't worry about the "traces of dairy" warnings!. My feeling is that vegans who do worry about it have an unrealistic view of their own purity!.
As for honey, I don't buy it!. I prefer agave because agave is delicious, sweet, and low-glycemic!. And it has the advantage of not being an animal byproduct!. But if honey is present in a small amount in a baked good, for example, I usually won't refuse the baked good for that reason alone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't buy many processed foods anyway, but when I do, I try to avoid things made on shared equipment as much as possible!. As long as the ingredients are vegan though, it isn't a big deal!. The equipment is always cleaned between the processing of different products!. There's only a minuscule chance that you're going to be eating anything non-vegan!.!.!.probably less chance than you walking outside & accidentally inhaling a fly!.
And, no, I don't eat honey!.
I'm VEGAN!.
Vegans don't eat honey!.

when i first went vegan, i didnt care about the trace ingredients!.!. but then i really thought about it and decided that i didnt want my money going to a place that also produces products that contain egg, dairy, ect!. (at least if i can help it)
i went vegan mainly for animal rights issues, and although theres a lot more to it, i personally wouldnt feel true to my values if i was supporting companies that produced such products!.
this is only my decision!.!. it isnt a rule or anything!.
and i dont consume honey!. it isnt mine, its the bee's food and i dont need to take it to live!.
again, its just a personal decision that i made for myself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I at things with the warning because it only means that they were processed on the same equipment as dairy products!. A lot of brands manufacturing vegan food have to rent out processing equipment from a larger plant because they can't afford to buy it!. I try to support these brands!.
Honey!? I try and avoid it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I eat it if it says may contain traces because it's just so minute and not direct, it just means it's processed in the same factory!.
I don't eat honey!.
I'm actually trying to go raw vegan so I'm quitting all processed foods anyways!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
