Just remember how sad it is that the animal died for your food!

I think when you are that young you should really have your parents involved!. If you were eating the healthiest foods, you shouldn't have been anemic!. I think if you are serious about your diet, then act serious about this!. You are still young and might not have the same control as someone older, but believe me, everything in life is easier when you start taking it personal!.

Your diet IS your life!. You eat to live, so take care of yourself and what you put into your body!. I just don't have the appetite for meat anymore, whether or not it smells good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've had this problem!. I am 11, ha!. Well, i love mcdonalds chicken nuggets, and thats what tempted me!. But what I think you should do is what I decided to do- become a semitarian first!. That is someone who eats poultry but no other meat!. Then slowly go to eating poultry every other day!. Go at any rate, but by the time you get to like 10 days, just stop for 30 days!. It will be easy since you went slow!. Keep in mind that you need protein, so you have to eat protein foods (eggs, peanuts, dairy sometimes, ect!.) You'll be a vegan in no time!. If you get stuck, remember that mooing mad cow being shot by a farmer as you eat a burger, or those chicks scrambling to get away from death!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Everytime you want meat think of why you gave it up (ex: cute animals shouldn't be killed, health reasons, etc!.)!. also find a bunch of foods that you can eat and learn to love those!.

Stuff like this!.!.!.its stuff eveyone loves and easy to make =]

You should :

- Think whats in the food (ex!. chickens in chicken nuggets, cows in hamburgers)
- Don't look at meat it will get you started

Well that's all i could think of Lol i hope it helpsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Just use your self control!. When you smell that french dip sandiwhc or that barbeque just tell yourself "I am better than this" and distract yourself with the smell of garlic, a hot apple pie or hummus! =]Www@FoodAQ@Com

Before you eat meat, or some thing!. Think that they have feelings too, they are hurt when they are killed, think about that before you eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Think about what you're eating!.!.!.!. That's what did it for me!. I saw cute little chickens in all the chicken nuggets and sad cows in all the hamburgers!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should eat more tofu-it has tons of protein in it & very good for you! also try eating more eggs & fish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try tofu and also try to stay away from meat and smelling meat!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

most answers are adequate, but eating fish is still murderingWww@FoodAQ@Com
