Answers:
Celery has next to no protein!. If you go on a 100% celery diet, your body will start cannibalizing itself for needed protein!. That's why people who go on starvation diets look so nasty!.

Start doing the crunches and stop eating the junk food!.

Yes, but you'll be malnourished and will slow your metabolism, so that when you eat normally again the pounds will come back faster and be even harder to loose!. You can't speed up your metabolism after you've slowed it down from starvation dieting!. I suggest you study how to eat properly (eatright!.org) and get a good basic exercise routine going!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Want abs!?
Celery is the iceberg lettuce of the veggie world!.
You will lose weight, but you will end up skinny, not with muscle!
Start eating lots of nuts, and whole grains!. also, work out you abs every day!. Then you will get your six pack!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, you would loose weight - BUT i do not recommend loosing weight that way!.

The healthiest way to loose weight is to DECREASE the amount of food you eat and INCREASE your daily exercise!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's not really realistic!. You'll get sick of celery very quickly!. You'll lose weight, but you'll probably gain it all back very quickly after going back to a normal diet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
