People think that being a vegetarian is difficult but it is fairly easy once you get the hang of it!. Its the converting over that takes work and perseverance!.

I like to drink soy milk and eat egg whites for protein!. There is almost always a vegetarian section in every grocery store!.!.!.!. if you go there you can find a lot of protein and healthy helpful foods!.

I would buy a lot of veggies and fresh fruits!.
There is protein shakes you can buy and hummus is good!. try it :)
They make cheese pizzas, cheese and bean burritos, and pasta meals!. There is many frozen already prepared meals you can purchase!.

Experiment and find out what you like :)

Quick list:

V8 Butternut Squash soup - vegetarian
Morningstar foods:
Burgers - all kinds of flavors
Crumblers - regular flavor and sausage also
Chik'n - like chicken nuggets but also made in spinach
Italian sausage or Brats

these foods are great as a substitute in most recipes that call for meats!.

So if you make spaghetti just use the regular crumblers in the sauce or if you want a jambalaya rice dish just use the brats or sausage in place of the meat products!.

read labels at the market - lots of stuff that you would never think have animal products in them actually do like some soups have dehydrated beef stockWww@FoodAQ@Com
