im vegetarian and 100% against it! it is so cruel to watch them whip and whip and kick the horse! it is heart breaking to see them suffer for no good reason!. and if they don't beat a certain time then they are killed! how cruel is that!!?!
i once saw a video of this horse stuff!. a horse wasn't fast enough so they took it away to be killed for food!. they showed the horse crying and screaming in fear! they didn't care! they took it and tried there best to hold it still! then they STABBED it in the head several times until it died and met it's fate!. it layed there in pain slowly dying from the stabs i could of cried!.

They are raced before they are even fully grown!. They are bred to have "light" bones, and that is a deadly combination whenever a horse falls!.

I'm not vegan, but this is a public forum and as such I'm allowed to answer!. It's rather ignorant of you to put such guidelines upon a question when you have no real authority here!.
I don't think there's anything wrong with horse riding, in fact, many horses actually enjoy it!. However, horse racing is exploitation, and you wouldn't be a vegan if you supported it!. It even irks me a bit at how disposable these animals are to their owners and riders!.
However, these animals are treated like KINGS when they are not racing!. Tons of high quality feed, veterinarians, and if he's good then his owner gets paid to allow him to **** female horses!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
