Try making breakfast muffins on Sunday night that will last you through the week!. I myself have been bored with breakfast lately!. I'm also very lazy!. =P haha!. My boyfriend and I have been looking for ways to make breakfast more interesting and stuff, and I think I will make muffins this Sunday for next week!. And maybe make a giant batch of scrambled tofu for the week too, to eat with toast or something!.

Amy's makes a rather delicious frozen breakfast burrito, it takes about 3 minutes in the microwave!. It has tofu, black beans and tomatoes if I'm not mistaken!. They are pricey though, about $3 a piece!.

I also like grits (can't beat the southern belle out of me), steel cut oats (if you soak them overnight they only take 2 minutes to heat up), fruit and a Silk soy yogurt is great too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you could have a fruit salad or just lots of fruit and toast!. my fav is a sorbet!. sounds unhealthy but it isnt! it is healthy!

take some frozen fruit (i use strawberry but it is yoru choice) add soem ice and a splash of OJ!. then blend ( i use the magic bullet but i blenger should also work) then take it out and you have a sorbet that is healthy and you can have it for breakfast!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make a smoothie the night before (rice milk, fruit, tofu, whatever you like!) It will be there in the fridge when you get up!

Oatmeal with fruits, nuts, honey, rice milk, etc!.!.!.

I like to mash up some tofu with a fork and just cook it like a scrambled egg and sometimes add some chopped tomato!. It doesn't take long to cook at all!.

Frozen soy-sage patties are SO BOMB! Just microwave them for like 30 seconds and have them on an english muffin or as a side to your cereal or oatmeal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make a big bowl of soy whipped cream on the weekends, and I buy frozen mixed berries and van's egg and dairy free waffles (the gluten free ones taste better!!) Just micorwave the berries, pop the waffles in the toaster and then serve with chilled soy whipped cream!. Yum!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try Van's waffles, they have a vegan variety which you can put in the toaster for a couple minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Multi grain cheerios with strawberries cut up in it!?

Vegan waffles!? (available at Whole Foods)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hot oatmeal with diced strawberries and bananas on it!.
