What can i use to replace meat?!


Question: What can i use to replace meat!?
i am a vegetarian and i need to keep my protein up or i will get really sick!. my moms friend got really sick when she was a vegetarian from not eating meat but, she didn't eat right when she was a vegetarian,but i am eating right!.

so what can i eat instead of meat but something that taste good and has nothing to do with any kind of animal (includes fish)

please please help me i need to no soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You don't need meats to be healthy!. Your mom's friend probably went a bit extreme and did not do research!. Here are some products that will replace meats in most recipes as well as a wiki page for quinoa - it's a grain that is clasified as a 100% protien!
