Answers:
A vegetarian eats no meat, including fish!. A vegan eats no animal products at all, meaning no meat, dairy products, egg products, etc!. People who are vegan for ethical reasons usually don't use any animal products as part of their lifestyle, not just their diet!. This means they don't wear fur or leather, and don't buy products that have been tested on animals!.

a vegan diet is alot stricter than a vegetarian diet
A strict vegetarian doesn't eat meat but, they may eat & drink animal products such as eggs, and milk
A vegan boycotts all these things, refusing dairy
Sadly for them both, we!.!.!.!.for the most part don't know what's in alot of our food!.!.!.!.and eat parts of animal w/o even knowing it!. (I mean just look at the back of your soda's, and you'll probably be reading it thinking "wtf is that!?!" to most of what's on there!.!.!.*LOL*) Alot of things have animal products in them like gelatin, and etc!. Artificial flavorings could mean just about anything, including animal!. (btw alot of dyes are created by ground insects) A strict vegan is a hard road b/c it limits your diet immensely!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
