Answers:
You're either a "pollotarian" or "flexitarian"!.!.!.
Pollotarians eat only poultry, and no other meat!. "Flexitarian" is a relatively new term, and it means that you're "sometimes" vegetarian!. It's a silly concept, though, because everyone is one (after all, everyone is a vegetarian between meals)

Your diet isn't unique, I know people who exclude certain animals from their diet!. Although, frankly, I don't understand it (Is it for health reasons!? I'm vegan for ethical reasons, but if that was your reason you wouldn't eat any animals!.!.!.)

I understand why you want something to call yourself (when people offer you a hamburger, you don't want to have to list off the animals you will or won't eat!.!.!.) so just tell them "No thanks, I don't eat meat other than poultry"Www@FoodAQ@Com

As to what you are from the list given, "vegetarian/vegan or what", you are an "or what"!. Meaning that you are not a vegetarian/vegan!.

Vegetarian

–noun 1!. a person who does not eat or does not believe in eating meat, fish, fowl, or, in some cases, any food derived from animals, as eggs or cheese, but subsists on vegetables, fruits, nuts, grain, etc!. (Dictionary!.com Unabridged Based on the Random House Dictionary, ? Random House, Inc!. 2009)

You are an omnivore

Omnivore

An organism that eats both plants and animals!. (The American Heritage? Science Dictionary Copyright ? 2002!. Published by Houghton Mifflin)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You are already one of a kind!.!.no other person will have the same fingerprints or ear pattern as you!.!.!. enjoy

If you really insist on a "title" then I hearby officially declare you as "Miss I will-not-eat-pork-beef etc,-I-eat-all-birds-but-not-duck USA 2009"!.

Seriously, there is no special term for that sort of diet other than what is ordinarily called "omnivore:" You eat meat, you eat plants (I presume) hence "omni" (everything)!.!. sub types are as you say, not important!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

"I know I'm not vegetarian or vegan so what the heck am I!?"
Picky!.

"and it's totally cool if I am just a one of a kind!. :)"
You're not, but now I know that's the only reason you wanted a label: to have a label!.

Seriously, what's the big deal!? You are a picky omnivore!. That's it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You're a flexitarian!. You eat mostly vegetables, but you allow poultry for protein!. Many people go that route when becoming a vegitarian for the first time!. That's how it was with me sister!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Personal experienceWww@FoodAQ@Com

People who do not eat red meat or fish but only eats poultry are called pollatarians, but i don't really know why the need to give it such a specific name, you just are an omnivore you eat plants an animals that's it =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

meat eater

Vegetarians do not eat animals!.
Vegans do not eat animals or any other material from an animal like eggs or dairy!.

Birds are animals!. Therefore you are neither vegetarian nor vegan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want a name for it, call yourself a pollotarian - someone who eats chicken or poultry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A 'poultritarian' You only eat poultry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pollotarian!.
This is NOT a type of vegetarianism!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That would make you an omnivore!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You appear to be a wannabe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
