Vegetables
I'm a vegetarian and here's some things I like to get:
-granola/ almond milk,
-vegetables (lettuce, stuff for salads), potatoes
as far as meat substitutes, Morningstar Farms products are very good. Such as Spicy black bean burgers, chik patties, chik-n nuggets, bacon strips, etc. You could also try boca burgers or other brands to see which you prefer.
-black beans and rice
-tofu and rice or something to eat with it
-stuff for pasta dishes, burritos, nachos, basically anything you would normally cook you can substitute tofu, soy products or TVP products for your meat. or alternate sources of protein such as beans
If you put something into you cart that used to have a face take it out . Check labels if you arent sure if there is something in there that used to have a face . You are pretty safe with most things just using your own judgement .
Basically , if it's NOT meat , buy it if you want to eat it . You didnt say VEGAN so its alot simpler for you . Vegans have the hardest time , they have to read alot more labels. Lacto ovos do but not to the degree vegans do. If you arent vegan , the dairy section is ok for you . Just stay away from the pigs feet lol, they usually keep those next to the pickles.
Fruits, nuts, and vegetables. Also, eat them in their raw uncooked form.
Genesis 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which [is] upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which [is] the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
