What can you do with lemons?!

Question: What can you do with lemons?
i have a lemon tree in the garden with over 500 lemons on it. All my neighbours have lemon trees, so no one wants them. I can't give them away. I have made lemon ice cubes and sorbet, loads of lemonade, but there's no more room in the freezer.

What about friends or relatives who live further away than your close neighbours? How big a town do you live in? Is there a charity shop or church or something like that you could donate a few boxfuls to? I have colleagues who always bring any surplus produce (including lemons) to work to share with the rest of us. Perhaps you could do that. How about putting a few boxfuls out the front of your house, with a sign "Free lemons"?

You can make lots of baked goods. Lemon poppy muffins, lemon bread, lemon cake, lemon squares, lemon meringue pie. You can also make candied lemon peel, which is great for decorating baked goods.
You could also make limoncello, if you drink alcohol. You can use them to make margaritas too.
Make a lemon white wine sauce for pasta, with lots of veggies. Spinach and zucchini would taste good in that.
You can use olive oil, salt, and lemon juice as a salad dressing.
Have a lemon-themed dinner party. Serve salad with lemon dressing, pasta with lemon white wine sauce, and some lemon cake for dessert. Make lemon margaritas and lemonade.

Hi Karol
Sterilise some pop bottles and warm them.
Squeeze the lemon juice from the lemons and store them in the warmed up pop bottles. Use a bung to seal the bottles. Then store them.
You will have fresh lemon juice for your pancakes throughout the year.
Bon apetit and best wishes.

How about deserts/pudings that need lemons?

I use lemon juice on everything... salads, most vegetables, fish, etc.

I want a lemon tree!!!!

EDIT: well, maybe you could preserve. Does lemon marmalade exist? Also lemon curd. Then you could give these as gifts.
