Is this a healthy diet?!
I'm not trying to lose weight, I just wondered if this seems healthy. This was what I ate yesterday, but I have the same sort of snacks everyday and different meals.
breakfast-branflakes with skimmed milk and berries (same everyday)
snack- small bag of yogurt coated raisins (my treat for the day)
lunch- sweet potatoe soup with brown bread (other typical lunchs are homous salad wraps, peanut butter bagel, lentil soup etc.)
snack- a necterine (I always have some form of fruit)
dinner- butternut squash stuffed with onions, a falafel, mushrooms, peppers and sprinkled with cheese
supper- low fat hot chocolate with skimmed milk and some pineapple (I always have a peice of fruit).
What could I add to this to make it better? I'm vegetarian so no meat!

It seems pretty healthy already, the only thing i'd be worried about is the lack in protein which i know is a big problem for vegetarians.
So why not include some almonds, and tofu into your diet?
yes.
That's a lot of dairy. You need to cut down on it.
