It sounds a bit much. Try for a more realistic 1 kg, that way you're not setting yourself up for disappointment, and any extra will be a bonus. Also, rapid weight-loss isn't exactly healthy.

NOt just by selective eating but also lot of body work. But the important is try to manage your food first, the have some muscle work. 1 week loose 3 kilos? I think it can be done.
