The one I use is called Litna. It contains no animal by-products and hasn't been tested on animals. It takes a (short) while to get used to the different taste, when you're used to all the mint-flavoured ones you normally get, but I quite like it now. It's made in India by a Malaysian company. You could check with the company to see if there is a distributor or stockist near you. Besides Malaysia, there are contact phone numbers for the US, Australia and Hong Kong.

If you have no luck with that, go to your nearest healthfood or wholefood shop and see what brands they have there. Perhaps something from the list of brands you hadn't previously heard of.
In the meantime, if you run out of toothpaste, you can use baking soda or salt to clean your teeth. It's old-fashioned, but it still works.
Vegan!
just brush your teeth, does it really matter who made it? no, the only thing that matters is getting your teeth cleaned, use Oral B or colgate they are the 2 best brands, btw if it helps try to make sure that all the toothpastes that you buy have the ADA approval
