I spend about $40 a week. Is there a cheaper store around? I buy my produce at Sprouts (cheapest place I've found) and dairy and other stuff at either Target or Walmart. I've noticed that Safeway and Kingsoopers have very expensive produce, maybe that's the problem.

It depends on where you live, things cost differently. I spend about 100 a week also.
I guess it can range from like $50 and up.

I spend $150-$200 CDN per month.

Try to buy fruits and veggies in season, they're cheaper and better-tasting.

That seems like a lot of $$ for one person for one week.
