This recipe is easy and very flavorful.
Cook eight ounces of pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside. In a frying pan, heat 2 tbs of oil on med heat and cook fresh basil, sundried tomatoes, garlic, and onions. After three minutes add pasta. Mix in pan for two ish minutes, until flavor is absorbed. Take of heat and can be served immediately. You can melt cheese on top if desired.
I'm vegan and 14, & I cook stuff like that a lot. (sans cheese, of course.)
make the regular pasta part but add sauteed veges like corn and broccoli.
use quorn as meat
