I know this may be far fetched. . .but does anyone have a recipe for a vegetarian Skyline Chili?!

Question: I know this may be far fetched. . .but does anyone have a recipe for a vegetarian Skyline Chili?
Skyline Chili is probably the *only* food with meat in it that I miss - it's been a long 8 years. Wondering if anyone out there has any recipe for chili that tastes like Skyline but is vegetarian?

Answers:

Try this recipe with veggie crumbles and vegetable stock, instead of the beef. I haven't made it, but the reviews seem good, and one even mentions using veggie crumbles.

I like to make this Cincinnati chili recipe and use portobello mushrooms in place of the beef. So instead of the 1 pound of beef I use 1 pound of the mushrooms. I cube them and saute them just like the beef. It is very good.
