When do you take protein shake after or before a workout?

AFTER THE WORKOUT, Protein should be consumed in its natural form.
After working out!!
before you workout you should eat a fruit. fruit has sugar and gives you the enery you need to workout.
after your workout you need the protein. protein shakes are great for that becuase protein makes your muscles recover faster from the workout (thats why you should take it afterwards).
