Can you freeze rice cheese?!

Question: Can you freeze rice cheese?

I have an unopened block of rice cheese (mozzarella style) that I don't think I'll use before the suggested date, and I'm wondering if it would be okay to freeze it. Has anyone ever tried freezing rice cheese before? Thanks!! :)
