Chill. Over the summer we were at our favorite place for beer (but not for food), Granite City. Half way through my tomato basil pizza (with what I thought was no cheese), I noticed cheese either in the bread or in the sauce. I don't remember which, but the waitress said it was made that way. Since I had eaten half of it without knowing, and I was going to pay for it anyway, and I was pregnant and needed to eat (the main reason), I ate it anyway. I was fine. My baby is fine. It's not the first time I've eaten something with cheese in/on it and not realized it. My husband buys cheese for our three-year-old daughter and him from the local meat market. (They are a local family who raises their cows truly organically and truly humanely-- Whole Foods buys from them. They also buy cheese, eggs, chicken and turkey from local farms with similar values.) We were on vacation and I was looking for my leftover macaroni and "cheese". (We rent a cottage with a kitchen so we can make at lest two meals a day.) I tasted one in a container and wasn't sure if it was mine or leftovers for our daughter. Turns out, it was for our daughter. Again, I survived just fine. On the same trip, we went to a Mexican restaurant. I bit into part of my veggie quesadilla. I tasted meat and spat it out. I survived. (I also showed it to the manager just so he was aware.)
As for chips, I normally don't touch them unless they are tortilla and not that often, even.
oh no, you monster, you probably just killed 3 baby cows that could have drank all the milk that was in those chips.
you might fart a little if youre lactose intolerant, but youll be fine with such a small amount.
Ice accidentally done that before, aswell. As long as you're not allergic to so many of the factory foods out there like I am (awful face rash) you'll be fine. (you'd know years ago if you where, mine showed pretty early)
I really don't get why you'd think its fine to eat eggs, but not consume milk. If you did it by accident just be more careful. I don't know what else to say.
You'll be Ok. I used to be vegan,(I'm vegetarian now), and whenever I'd accidentally eat something with dairy, I'd get a little stomach, but than I'd be fine. Don't worry about it.
You'll be fine. I was a veg for 12 years, and when I went to Tibet, I had to eat Yak every day for a month. The idea that eating meat or dairy is going to make you sick is just an old wives tale.
