What veggie/vegan sausages can I get that doesn't taste like azz?!

I absolutely love the Tofurkey brand!! I buy the Italian Sausage with Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Basil. You can get it from Trader Joe's or Wholefoods. I just chop some sausages and tomatoes up, fry them, and add some basil.

In general, food made to resemble other food doesn't taste good (an exception is tofu turkey). It's best to find alternatives. There are plenty of good veggie foods that don't pretend to be what they aren't. Although I've been a vegetarian for over thirty years, I've never had the urge to try a veggie sausage.

What really got me curious is that you seem to be quite familiar with what an "azz" and/or sweaty armpits taste like. :)

I am not a vegetarian but I have tasted "fake meats" and yeah, I agree with you, what they describe as "just like th real thing" is crap. If that is the quality of meats they ate, no wonder they decided to stop. The meat sausages they must be eating before taste/are no better than low quality dog food.
A vegetarian friend likes Veggie Patch brand though I am not familiar with it myself. I do however trust his sense of taste so it might be worth looking into.

Sorry, I can't help you there. I can't stand veggie sausages. In the UK, they have some delicious ones from a company called "Cauldron," but here in the US they don't seem to get the concept of a yummy sausage.

i dont really have an answer to your question,....i was just curious to know how you know what azz and sweaty armpit taste like.....especially if you dont eat meat lol.

ive tried some of those fake meat products...all i can say is, yuck.

Suck up that soy sausage,pour tabasco on it, hold your nose and swallow. Toufu sausage is sofffffffft and if you pour liquid hickory sauce on it, you'll swear it almost is a real sausage, really!
