grapes
potatoes
yams
pumpkins
carrots
All vitamin C fruit and veg is good. BUT beware- bananas have a ton of vit C and they make me get spots.....
Oranges and apples are good. Try going for olives, walnuts and all the nuts actually, anything you get oil from. ANd anything rich in Vit C- all the small dark fruit- berries, raspberries, blues, blackberries etc.
You can eat too much fruit- it is all sugar after all. In this case it is best to eat salmon, soybeans,
spinach, soymilk, tofu ( etc), nuts, seeds- all the things with brilliant skin making oil in them.It won't make your skin oily, but it WILl make your skin shine and be smooth.
Not fried food, but naturally occuring oils- nuts, olives, seeds, salmon.
Some acne treatments are more effective than others. Not all treatments will work for everyone because there are various factors that can cause acne. So if your acne is severe, you should see a dermatologist. For most people, though, the following natural remedies should work just as well.
Using an exfoliant, a mixture applied to the skin to get rid of dead skin cells, can help clear up acne. Using an exfoliant daily helps clear up blackheads by cleaning out the oils and dead cells that cause them. Inflamed blackheads can turn into red pimples. So to stop this problem from spreading, it helps to use an exfoliant. You can make a simple and effective exfoliant at home if you don't want to buy them at the store. Apply a mixture of oatmeal, molasses, and olive oil to your skin. If you keep your face clean between treatments, this can help to clear up your acne, though it make take a little time.
You can also try taking olive leaf to help clear up your acne. Taking this potent anti-fungal plant is best done in supplement form. Olive leaf is an effective way to clear your acne because it cures the bacteria and viruses that can cause the acne. You can increase the effectiveness of your other acne treatments by taking olive leaf. Including olive leaf in your daily routine is a good idea because it is also has many health benefits for the whole body.
Another natural acne treatment to try is aloe vera gel. This is available in many drugstores, health food stores and online stores. You can use this save and beneficial plant based product on your face several times a day. You should ideally get a variety of aloe vera products, including a soap you use to wash your face, a lotion and a gel. Before going to bed at night, apply the gel to your face. The aloe vera is very gently so you don't have to wash it off. Drinking aloe vera juice can help your body detoxify faster which clear up your acne more quickly.
You don't have to live with red and black pimples for the rest of your life. Not all acne remedies work the same for everyone but with a little patience you can find an effective treatment for you. Try the treatments just discussed to see if one or more can help clear up your acne. While it may take some determination to get rid of your acne, it can be done.

I believe that focusing on fruits and veggies in general will do more for your skin than targeting specific vitamins within them. I've been eating a low-fat raw vegan diet all month and my skin has become soft, smooth, and clear. My acne has receded quite a bit.
Eat more fruit, and eat less of anything allergenic. My skin used to feel itchy after eating wheat, but it was subtle enough to ignore. Listen to your body.
Hey, I wouldn't wish to sound spammy but skincare can be a big industry. However, it is interesting that a majority of in the major companies alow a One month free trial version. Below is really a hyperlink to a Thirty day trial offer, that's really free. I am curious in the event you discovered that this works such as the numerous celebs that advertise it say it does. Let all of us know.
Good Luck!!
