Is it bad to eat too much fruit?!
Will i gain weight/fat from this? will it be alot?

Sounds delicious - good for you. Perhaps you ate too much fruit at one time, but you can build up your stomach's capacity. I used to be bursting after 2 pounds of grapes; now I can eat 4 pounds in one sitting. Fruit doesn't combine well with other foods, but eaten on its own, it digests seamlessly.
On an average day I eat 9 pounds of fruit and 1 pound of leafy greens. Since eating this way I've experienced more energy, been more emotionally stable, and my skin has become very soft and smooth. No more bad gas or breath. On a low-fat raw vegan diet you can eat as much as you care for and reach your ideal weight. Fruit does not cause weight gain. Have you ever met an obese bonobo?

Yes. Fruit has a lot of sugar and vitamins, and too much isn't a good thing. Excessive vitamin intake leads to all sorts of health problems, just like a vitamin deficiency would.
BUT since it was only a day, it shouldn't be too bad. I have days where I eat one of everything from the produce section. I had 3 bags of frozen fruit and I feel fine.
Sometimes when your body is craving something, it means it needs something from it.
You can eat too much of anything... but generally speaking, it's easier for your body to process "too much" fruit. If you think about ancestral hominids 200,000 years ago or so, they'd of come upon some fruit trees, or berries, and eat as many as they could. Maybe they went a few days without food, and came upon these berries, so they pig out. It's far more painful to overeat bready foods.
You'll be fine. As you said, you're simply full. Fruits are good for you. I'd be very surprised if you gained weight from it. It would only be a weight gain if you ate a lot of other calories throughout the day or week.
No.in my opinion its not bad eating too much fruits.and u will not gain any weight,cause fruits have less or no fats on them.its jst rich in vitamins and minerals.
