Vegan Options at Ellen's Stardust Diner?!

I've been to Ellen's three times. Like most restaurants in NYC (at least the many I've been to), there have been several meal options that are at least vegetarian, that could be made vegan. Only once, did my meat eating husband and I walk out of a bar/grill. It was Irish themed and while the beer looked good (i.e., Guinness on tap), there wasn't really anything that was even vegetarian. (We don't remember the name, though.) The thing I didn't like about Ellen's the last time I went there, was the music just seemed louder than what I remembered. We tried talking, but it was near impossible. Even more so, it seemed to effect our then 21-month-old daughter. We decided it was a nice concept, but we have other favorite restaurants in NYC to visit. Our favorite being Heartland Brewery-- Great food and great beer. (I recommended it to my cousin who lives in Florida, via Facebook and even recommended a beer he might like. Which was really interesting, because we're both 33, but have not seen each other since we were in HS. I just picked up on his beer likes from his posts.)
Anyway, as I said, in terms of food, you should not be disappointed. I searched, and while there is a Website, there is no menu. (Which I find to be poor customer service.)
