Question: Help me find a good vegan gift? ?

My friends birthday is tomorrow and i want to get her a gift. She's vegan and doesn't eat or wear anything from animals. She doesn't have her ears pierced, but i thought i might get her a necklace? Do you think this is a good idea? Any other suggestions?

I can't believe that you are having a problem with a gift j-u-s-t because she is a vegan..... how about a nice journal? Or a good book? Or a set of movie tickets? Or a gift card at her favorite shop? Or a tea pot and some good tea? Or an indoor herb garden? Or a few pairs of fun socks? A scarf? A nice candle?..... the list is endless......
