Eat the food, Tina.
The salad would probably be the healthiest. Also, if you're a vegetarian, IHOP serves Boca burgers if you ask for them. (But only in some places... The ihop by me doesn't have them anymore D;)
The best dressing would probably be Italian or some king of vinaigrette. Ranch usually has eggs and lots of fat in it. But also, some Italian dressings can have anchovies or other fish oil in them so be careful about that too if you don't eat fish... Personally, I don't like any dressing on my salad because of the taste and the risk of animal products in it; I just use pickles and a little sprinkle of salt. :)
Are you looking for healthiest? or best case for a vegan diet. Don't fool yourself, the optimum fuel for our body is fat. It is why we naturally store it in that manner. Trans fats (the no good fats) are found in your refined flour breads and in processed carbohydrates via things like hydrogenated oils.
By eating(?) milk and other dairy, you are ingesting animal fats and blowing a big hole in your attempt at a vegan diet.
To answer your question: Simple carbohydrates like vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, squash, etc will provide the most healthy balance of nutrients for you. If you choose to do a salad anyway, a spinach salad would do you best.
I did a google search and found this: http://www.ehow.com/how_2082884_eat-heal…
If you are a vegetarian they do have options for vegetarians. You could ask a server or a manager what options you have. If you were a vegan then they have no options. You could also go to their website. They do list their menu there. One last thing, they do have nutritional information on their website as well.
They also have a special menu for dieters/health conscious so you may want to look at that.
Stop typing like that, you're really annoying. Thank you.
