Salsa is nothing but salt. It's not the least bit healthy. Salsa is junk food.

It's fine, so long as you're eating a balanced diet. Since you're getting pasta at whole foods, check out the bulk bins while you're there. They sell all kinds of beans, rice, quinoa, and tons of other things that are easy to make and high in protein and other nutrients.

You can also make your own pasta sauces, for variety and to avoid any preservatives and so on. I always like spaghetti tossed with olive oil and garlic, sometimes with lightly steamed veggies. Homemade spaghetti sauce is easy, too--cook a can of tomato paste in a little olive oil with salt, garlic, oregano, and whatever else you like until it starts to smell cooked, then add a can of crushed tomatoes and cook until it's as thick as you want it.

No. Whole-grain pasta reduces the risk of cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. As long as you're eating balanced meals with vegetables, fruits, grains, and a source of protein, you'll be fine.

Pasta doesn't have the nutrients your body craves. But as long as you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables you will be fine.

Mm pasta with salsa and melted cheese... No nut milks for me though . Just soy or rice milk. U could try adding avocados with bagel . That's filling

No. But making your own homemade salsa is easy and healthier.
