What are really good, and healthy school lunch ideas?!
Answers:
I usualley take an apple, yogurt and pbj, cream cheese or cheese and veggie meat sandwich. You can take frozen pizza or quesidialls, wraps or sandwiches with peanut butter and jelly, cream cheese and beans, honey, cream cheese and veggies or cheese and veggie meat, veggies with ranch, cream cheese, hummus or peanut butter, fruit, granola or cereal bars, mac n cheese, left over ravioli, speghetii, lasagne, chilli or soup, crackers, cheese sticks or/and Oreos.
Vegetarian
I bring my lunch every day and here are 5 different scenarios that usually fill me up and keep me awake for soccer.
I always bring fruit, but some of the things I include may not be seasonally available where you live.
1. Soup, Apples, Seaweed Crackers.
2. Quiche, blueberries, organic chips
3. Pasta, Clementines, Sunflower Seed, (whole.)
*Pasta is all carbs, so I tend to eat this one less*
4. Lunch Meat Sandwich, Banana, Cobbler
*You may want to rinse the meat, the chemicals are gross
5. Stir Fry, Kuz Kuz (Koos Koos), and Cake.
Some other favorites of mine are Risotto's.
I eat very gourmet, and I am sorry if the lunches I provided you are too expensive
