Veg Lasagna can be good.
Spring rolls.
Vegetable pies are great.
Veg Hamburgers are not bad either, they make a veg patty but everything else is the normal hamburgery deliciousness.
Ive even had those vegetarian sausages and they aren't too bad.
Thick creamy tomato soup, with fresh bread.
Vegetarian pizza with feta cheese is nice.
Hopefully you like indian food, they have LOTS of nice vegetarian options.
I'm not a vegetarian and in general I don't like vegetarian food, but the ones I listed are what I would live off if I was forced to be a vegetarian.
Noodles in water and fruit ice blocks ! YUK you're not vegetarian you are just lazy and afraid of gaining weight. Vegetarians are into food. Fresh, crisp, crunchy, varied and flavoursome. Avoiding protein and iron rich foods or supplements will weaken you physically and continue a deadly cycle. You should have a ravenous healthy appetite - not be off foods and bored. Go out to the shops and be tempted by anything that takes your fancy and eat up. Bring home a variety of spices and dressings and try mixing recipes, e.g. small hot roast potato into a cold cucumber and mixed bean salad. Go and indulge yourself.
Morning Star veggie meats are really good.
Here is a recipe I make with the chicken stripes
Boil 2 potatoes. Until tender enough to put a fork through them
Take the potatoes out of the put and slice or cube them.
Next grab a piece of foil and put the potato slices in the foil and add corn, peas, green beans, rice, tomatoes, onions, cheese and chicken stripes.
Wrap everything up tightly in the foil and bake for 25mins at 350.
Once 25mins is up enjoy! The veggies are really good if you add daisy's light sour cream.

Vegetarians eat vegetables. I think you need some help from a dietitian. Finding information about vegetarian diets is basic and easy thanks to the internet.
Starches are really filling, have you explored those? That would include rice, winter squashes, millet, quinoa.
Look for recipes that are reader reviewed and discussed on forums such as:
