The only way is to drink a glass of water before you eat. You can't stay "full" on just fruit and veg.
You're hungry because you're missing out whole food groups. Protein is important for feeling full. You could get more by eating beans and nuts, but you have to cook beans. Consider including some brown rice in your detox diet too - it's still a very pure whole food, even if it's cooked! Make sure you're getting some fat as well - olive oil, nuts or avocadoes would be the purest raw sources. Without fat your brain and nervous system can suffer, as well as your joints, hair and skin.

These detox fads don't work, all you are doing is eating healthy thus your body is operating healthy. & then you're going to go back to a bad lifestyle + diet, potentially even this detox is bad as you are cutting the likes of carbs etc out of your diet.

That sounds horrific... try eating vegetables and fruits with a higher density/calorific content (parsnips, bananas, etc) rather than fruit and veg with a very high water content (e.g. cucumbers, grapes).
Remember not to detox for too long because cutting out key food groups such as fat, dairy and protein is bad for you.
There's no such thing as a detox. The human body is self-cleaning. If you are always hungry from this so-called "detox", that proves you are actually just starving yourself and that's counterproductive.
If you really want to boost your body's self cleaning, get a lot of fiber.
If you are doing a detox program, you are apt to feel hungry most of the time as you are cleansing you body of waste and toxins.
Water may help to alleviate this feeling while allowing you to flush out your system.

The reason you're always hungry is because you are consuming no fat, and fat is what makes you feel full. Avocados have plenty of good fats- and they're delicious!
