What is the best vegetable and?!

Question: What is the best vegetable and?
what is your favorite way to eat it? Cooked perhaps, in a soup perhaps, baked, grilled, other possible way?

Answers:

Roasted brussel sprouts with a little olive oil and crushed walnuts. YUM! I am addicted to brussel sprouts so I'd eat them whatever the preparation.

The best vegetable from a nutritional stand point is broccoli

I like to roast it: 375, trim broccoli into similar size pieces, scatter on a baking sheet, drizzle lightly with vegetable oil, season liberally with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Roast for 11 to 13 minutes until crisp tender and slightly charred on the tips. Drizzle hot roasted broccoli with balsamic vinegar, optional

cant go without tomatoes, always on the hunt for good tomatoes, usually home grown are best, but eat them every day including fresh or tinned or in a carton, or sundried, they are so versatile.use them in salads, soups sauces, roasted, pasta and rice dishes, and also good old ketchup.

My favorite has to be either potatoes or spinach. I like potatoes because you can bake, mash, grill, twice-bake them, roast them, put them in soups, make potato pancakes out of them, and make pirogies. Spinach is very universal too, and it's very healthy.

I love to eat fresh vegetables when they aren't cooked, I just add some salt. Try cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots...

The best vegetables for you are all green. The single best vegetable is kale. Kale is best steamed and you'll want to eat it with other food.

My favorite vegetable is cauliflower. I love it raw with just a fat-free yogurt dip or I love it steamed.

I like eating eating cucumbers by munching them up in my ***. Mmmmmm. Nothing like a good *** munchin.

Onions. I like them grilled and served on top of my steak or cheeseburger.

Steak
