What is the best way to pack on calories without the fat?!

Question: What is the best way to pack on calories without the fat?
Answers:

Eat 6 times a day. 3 main meals and 3 snacks. If your trying to gain weight, hein it in muscle by eating protein and working out. If you want calories - that will turn to fat.

If you want to gain weight, cus your under. Thence snack can be like a bowl Of cereal and milk, bowl of yoghurt and a banana, cheese sandwich and a fruit. Etc etc
And drink juice or milk, I know juice has alot of sugar, so vary it with milk. But it makes a difference. Instead of drinking water.

But really - too many calories turn into fat, it's like storing it. So don't really understand whet you're talking about.

if you want to increase your calorie intake without fat intake, consume sugar and carbohydrates:
pasta
fruit
bread, etc

if you mean to increase calories without gaining fat/weight, you would need to increase your exercise

if you consume more calories than you burn in a day, you will gain weight
if you consume less, you will loose weight
if you consume the same amount, you will stay the same weight.

exercise while increasing your calories will result in using the calories for energy and toning of the body its only when we store these calories in excess that we become fat or overweight

choose foods that are high in calories, but low in saturated fat. labels on products will supply this info. But for starters try nuts esp., cshews, brazils.
