Did I eat well today?!
I'm 13 and this is what I ate today. Tell me if I ate to much or to less and if the meals I had were healthy.
Brekfast a bowl of cherios with vanilla soy milk.
Lunch an apple, a bag of triscut crackers and a peanut butter jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread.
dinner one and a half quesidialls with corn, black beans, peppers with whole wheat tortialls and organic Colby Jack cheese.

The meals themselves are healthy, but you should have snacks in between. That way your metabolism will keep running and you'll stay healthy.
