No, you probably will not gain weight from a single incident.
If you normally eat well and exercise, your body is accustomed to burning calories at a certain rate. When you consume extra calories, the extra calories are usually burned off to keep the body at the same net calorie gain or loss.
Think of it like the thermostat on a furnace. During a cold spell, the furnace burns more fuel to maintain the house at the proper temperature. Long-term binge eating, though, will "reset" your body's thermostat, leading to eventual weight gain.

Hey, take it easy. Get the weight off gradually. It's easier to fall out of a diet if it interferes with your body's natural metabolism too much. In my suggestion, run everyday for 15-30mins for the rest of the week. You'd get real fit. And none of that fat will even get a chance to settle. Don't derive yourself too much on food if you're exercising too much though, or else it'd just rebound on you and you'd eat too much again to make up for it. Just keep it to healthier things. Eat things with more fiber, it'd make you feel more full. That's salad wholegrain sandwiches for you at lunchtime, Miss.

Jogs with my dog everyday. Fit as ever and not afraid to eat fast food every so often.

Just eat healthy. A few days isn't going to hurt your weight. Don't weigh yourself for about 4-5 days. Drink lots of water. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. If you juice then do some of that. Whole grains. Soups. Right as rain in a few days. Promise. If you did it every weekend that's one thing but everyone has a 'bad weekend or day' every once in a while. Ditch the fake food binges and you don't have much to worry about. Water, water, water.

Fast food is full of caloires and SALT.

If you did gain weight chances are it is mostly water retention. Eat fresh fruits and veggies and stay hydrated. Even drink some plain coffee or black tea to get rid of the some that fluid.

You can gain a little weight but if you keep exercising you can lose it

not too bad if you ran, but watch out. i ate KFC for lunch one and i gained 3 pounds. mcdonalds isnt too bad.
