i dont like tomatoes, or avacado, or nuts.

Vegetables: Mixed salad, grated carrot, drained tinned sweetcorn, chopped peppers (you could even grill them), cubed cucumber, sliced onion / spring onion / red onion, shredded lettuce or raw cabbage, cooked or raw mushrooms, pickled vegetables, roasted vegetables, baby spinach, asparagus, grilled mushrooms, grilled zucchini,

Protein: Grated or sliced cheese, veggie chilli, baked beans or refried beans, alfalfa sprouts

Coleslaw, hummus, tzatziki, salsa, chutney/pickle/relish, creme fraiche, cream cheese, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, soured cream, mayo.

Flavourings: Fresh chopped herbs like basil, garlic, mild chilli powder, jalapeno chillis, black pepper, lemon/lime juice or balsamic vinegar.



An Veggies Grilled Zucchini, cucumbers, beans, different types of cheeses (mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese), lettuce,& mayo, sour cream, garlic paste as condiments and can stir fry green beans, carrots and cabbage and put that in wrap, Hope that helps.
