this doesnt happen for everyone One of the way is to do MEDITATION and to control yourselves[it really works!!] the other way is to control yourself in the other[small] things so when you are stron you can forgo them

if of how fat, unhappy, unhealthy, and other bad things it will make you. its not worth a couple of minutes of enjoyment, then feeling bad about it afterwards for a long time. try eating something else, like a handful of grapes. im sure the feeling will soon go again. or try tapping your head and counting to 30.
