Perhaps you are eating more salty foods than usual? Drink a lot of water and tea to help get rid of the bloat. The more fiber you eat, the more water you will need to drink as well. :)

Vegan

Make sure you're not eating processed junk. I would say eat more fiber. It'll help regulate your digestive system so you won't be as bloated. Make sure you're also not eating anything you are allergic to, such as gluten. You might have an allergy to it and not even realize it. After I went vegan I realized I have a slight allergy to gluten because I always bloat up after eating anything with it. Just check what you're eating.

vegan :D

sometimes when you have a diet that increases your fiber intake, your body doesn't adjust to it right away. some people say that salt can make you feel bloated, so i would watch for that too. chewing gum and swallowing alot of air, and carbonated drinks can also contribute to feeling bloated.

walking and yoga could help your bloat too, everyone is different and so certain things might work best for you. otherwise, i would go see a doctor if the problem doesn't go away after trying a few things.
