Question: Good snacks to eat before bed wen starving ?
Please help I'm starving but I don't want to gain weight lol thanks

WHEN (not wen) starving, you'll eat pretty much anything.

YOU are just hungry. You are NOT starving. You most likely don't know what it feels like to starve.



Low glycemic, high protein foods. A protein shake. Cottage cheese. Milk. Lean meats (but sounds like you're vegetarian, because of the category?).

Some sugars and carbs are fine earlier in the day, but you will control weight and lose weight a lot more effectively if you don't eat them late.



Well, if you are conscious of your weight and hungry, you should have an apple, about 20-40 calories depending on size, or a cheese stick. They make good bed time and day time snacks, apples especially with peanut butter.Or celery with peanut butter.



And apple with peanut or almond butter would be very satisfying and healthy.



peanut butter.. you won't gain weight though if you haven't eaten your days worth of calories



Don't eat carbs before bed. Eat fruit or veggies. Any king of fruit or vegetable you have in your fridge is fine. Just drinking water will fill you up too.
