Absolutely. As a matter of fact it is recommended to improve its texture. Pop it in the freezer. No problem. When you are ready to use it, get it out and let it thaw in the fridge for 24 hours.



All tofu can be frozen, but it will change the texture.
If you plan to use it for baking (egg replacer) sometime, no prob, but if you're using it for an actual dish (like a stir-fry) then I wouldn't recommend it.



Can`t see a reason to keep it more than 20 seconds in the first place.
