Cauliflower cheese :)
This is what our dinner consists of for the week.
1. Tacos made with TVP instead of beef and the normal taco toppings
2. Whole grain pasta with tomato sauce and meatless meatballs
3. Rice and cheese wrapped in tortillas with seasoned black beans
4. Sauteed shitake mushrooms served on a bun with fries and peas
5. Smart dogs, steamed veggies and mandarin oranges
6. Tofu coated with shake and bake with rice and mixed vegetables
7. Potato and corn chowder (private message for recipe)
For breakfast we eat homemade oatmeal, breakfast cereal, pancakes, french toast, eggs or whatever we think of.
Lunch is usually pb & j, pizza, eggs and toast, leftovers, chinese food...We usually have a strawberry protein shake with that.
Sea weed.
It has SO many different nutrients that are so good for us... And it helps your skin out!
