Of course they can.



Definitely. I'm a raw vegan athlete, and I get at least 90g of protein a day. It's not hard, just eat nuts, grains, beans, etc.

Sure, it's just much more difficult because they get less protein in their diets. It would be like expecting a street-grade car running on 87 unleaded with 10% ethanol to compete on the racetrack.
